About Me

Hello! My name is Carol Espinosa, and I am the sole creator of this website. Throughout my life, I’ve faced my own challenges with mental health and have seen firsthand how deeply these struggles can affect the people we love. But I’ve also learned that no one has to go through this alone. I created this website with the hope of offering support, understanding, and reassurance to anyone who needs it. Whether you’re seeking crisis hotlines, educational tools, or guidance on helping a loved one, my goal is to make finding help easier, because everyone deserves support, healing, and hope. No matter where you are in your journey, you are not alone, and your mind truly matters
